He oversees all parts of our company’s financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and auditing. He has over 10 years of accounting experience, great leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. He actively participates in the creation of yearly budgets and projections in consultation with department leaders. In addition, he checks budget performance and delivers variance analysis reports. He also suggests making modifications to budgets and projections as needed to meet financial objectives.

Ritesh, who holds an MBA in Finance from the ICAI Institute in Jodhpur, has consistently performed well for XAMINDIA. In his spare time, he likes to unwind by listening to music.
